1. Cancellation by You: You may cancel your enrollment at any time by notifying us via email or through your account settings. It is important to note that cancellations made after the 30-day refund period will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3.2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your enrolment if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior in community groups or misuse of program content. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, and access to program resources will be terminated immediately.
3. Please inform us 48 hours in advance for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations cannot be refunded or made-up.
License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program content solely for personal use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the content.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the program content without explicit written permission from us. Unauthorized use of program content may result in termination of your enrollment and legal action.

Respect for the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants is a fundamental expectation.
3. Use of Information for Dissertations: By enrolling in the program, you consent to the use of your anonymised data for research purposes, including dissertations and other academic work. All identifiable information will be removed to protect your privacy. This data will be used to improve our program and contribute to academic research in the field of anxiety management. Your participation in the program signifies your acceptance of this use of information.
Triggers and Emotional Distress: While our program is designed to support anxiety management and promote mental well-being, we acknowledge that discussions and content may occasionally trigger emotional responses. We are not liable for any distress or adverse reactions, including those related to suicidal thoughts. If you experience severe distress or suicidal thoughts, we urge you to seek immediate help from a mental health professional or contact emergency services. The program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1. Ownership: All materials provided within the program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the program or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
